What should I expect in my first Lagree class at Burn Haus?

Expect a 45-minute, high-intensity, low-impact workout on the Megaformer. Your instructor will walk you through the machine, provide modifications, and guide you with hands-on adjustments so you feel comfortable from the start. Be ready to sweat, shake, and feel the burn!

Do I need grip socks, and are they available at the studio?

Yes, grip socks are required for every class to keep you safe and stable on the Megaformer. Don’t have a pair? We’ve got them available for purchase at the studio.

Is Lagree beginner-friendly or do I need basic knowledge?

Absolutely. Every Burn Haus class can be modified or intensified depending on your level. If it’s your first time, our instructors will keep a close eye on your form and provide modifications to make sure you feel confident.

I'm new to Lagree. What should I bring and wear to class?

Bring water, wear grip socks, and choose comfortable, sweat-ready workout clothes. We’ll provide everything else you need to crush your session.

How early should I arrive for my first class?

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early so you can check in, meet your instructor, and get a quick intro to the Megaformer. This ensures you feel set up for success before class starts.

What’s your class cancellation policy?

Classes must be canceled at least 10 hours before the start time. Late cancels result in a lost class credit, and no-shows may incur an additional fee depending on your membership type.

Can I take more than one Lagree class in a day?

Yes, but we usually recommend starting with one class per day since Lagree is intense! If you’d like to take a second class, you can book it for an additional $10.

Can I take a Lagree class while pregnant?

Yes, with modifications and clearance from your physician. Please let your instructor know before class so they can provide safe adjustments tailored to you.
